ACE Certified personal training

At Customer Core Symmetry, our approach is holistic. We assess your fitness level and medical history, listen to your goals, and work with you to monitor body weight, develop a realistic nutrition plan, review effective supplements, and, of course, implement an exercise program that best helps you meet your goals and that you'll enjoy. You'll train with movement, not muscle.
Personal training is affordable and efficient. With your trainer's guidance, your workouts are more effective. You get better results in quicker time. If you have a medical condition or injury, the encouragement of personal training at least doubles your chances for success.

Calling all Baby Boomers
As we age our muscles become misaligned from use and abuse. Each morning, when we roll out of bed, we are surprised to find new aches and pains in places that never hurt before. We lose flexibility and balance. Lifting and reaching become risky business. Walking becomes a challenge. We still have a lot of life ahead of us and we want to be able to enjoy our mature years. You can. With the guidance of a fitness and lifestyle coach, you can enjoy the same success story as Marilyn had by working with Tammy.
It was a surprise to find that my recent bone density test showed an improvement in the spine rather than further deterioration. Life is good!

6 Reasons Your Brain Loves Exercise

1. Running pumps out feel-good endorphins in brain areas associate with emotions.
2.Working out triggers the birth of new brain cells in the area of the brain responsible for memory and verbal learning.
3. Regular aerobic activity slows the loss of gray matter that begins around age 30.
4. Exercise can minimize the shrinkage of white matter, a conduit for messages between areas of gray matter that decreases in size after age 30.
5. Exercise spikes levels of brain-delivered proteins that protect neurons from injury.
6. Exercise may reduce depression by increasing levels of proteins that have been linked to mood disorders.

Your abdominals, obliques, and lower back muscles provide a girdle of support for your spine that can keep you free of injury and pain.
