Paddle, Climb, Ride

Paddle, Climb, Ride - June 2011

A weekend of fun, fitness and challenge was had by all with the Paddle, Climb, and Ride Fitness Excursion in Stowe, VT on June 24th-June 27th. The events involved a 2 hour kayak, followed by a wine tasting, a challenging hike up Mount Hunger, and a dare devilish mountain biking tour around the Von Trapp Lodge area. As each and every one of us faced different challenges, we all took ourselves to the next level in fitness and were brought outside of our comfort zones.
After each day's event we ventured back to the Old Stage Coach Inn, where we stayed, and enjoyed the array of foods created by Tammy, Carmen and John. The nightlife was not too far away for those who wished to head up the street to shoot some pool or grab a few beverages.
For those who were unable to make the trip, please stay tuned for future excursions. You don't want to miss out on these! They re truly FANTASTIC.
