Tammy Deeb is a certified member of the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Tammy has been a credentialed fitness trainer for 28 years and a personal trainer for 15 years. Her enthusiasm for the field of fitness and her natural love of learning drive her to continue her studies at local and national fitness seminars on nutrition, kinesiology, strength training, flexibility, and biomechanics. Each earns her additional certification in these practices. 
Tammy is not just a trainer, she is a Lifestyle Coach. Her approach is holistic and well-rounded, starting with improved core stability, posture and alignment and incorporating all elements of fitness and nuitrition to create unique personalized programs for quicker and superior overall results. Her reputation as a trainer is unsurpassed, her enthusiasm is infectious, and her passion for fitness is inspirational. Tammy works with clients in their homes and offices, and in fitness centers.
Tammy, a native of Boston, is the founder of Custom Core Symmetry. She started her venture into the world of fitness 28-years ago, teaching all styles of aerobics from high impact to step to group classes and circuit training. In 1994 she took the leap to expand her knowledge and skill base and became certified as a personal trainer. Chris Quimby brings his expertise in many fields of training to the operation at Custom Core Symmetry. Chris uses a combination of a caveman training, corrective exercise, Olympic lifting, metabolic/ strength training and crossfitt style training to come up with a cutting edge program that allows you achieve your ideal body type - and makes you move and feel like it.

My methods have been carefully thought-out and planned to help you achieve everything you want to do every time you set foot in the gym, while taking far less time.” 

In his workouts he uses tools such as kettle bells, suspension trainers, dumbbells, Olympic bar, sandbags, body weight and resistant bands to train clients, while challenging every inch of their body in a way that’s specific to the individual’s needs.

Megan Shirley
is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with specialty certifications in Corrective Exercise (NASM), Cancer Exercise (Cancer Exercise Institute), Pre and Post Natal (American Council on Exercise), Indoor Cycling (Schwinn) and Dance Fitness (Zumba).
Megan holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. With over 5 years of personal training experience, Megan has had the opportunity to work with a diverse population from college athletes to clients with physical limitations.
Megan’s focus and hopes are to use her experiences to help others realize that they are capable of achieving more than they think. She loves to be part of people realizing and reaching their goals, and thinking out of the box.
Megan is currently available for individual and/or small group training sessions as well as one-on-one fitness coaching and counseling.
